How is 3D printing priced?
We calculate prices based on the model's volume, weight, material, and printing time. You can send us your 3D files and we'll provide a detailed quote within 24 hours.
How long is the printing cycle?
Standard orders take 1-3 business days, rush orders ship within 24 hours. Bulk orders are scheduled based on quantity.
What file formats are supported?
We support common 3D formats including STL, OBJ, STEP, IGES, etc. You must own the copyright to the model or design.
What is the maximum print size?
FDM maximum size is 256x256x256mm. Larger items can be split and assembled after printing.
What colors are available?
Over 20 standard colors including black, white, gray, red, blue, green, yellow, etc. Custom colors available, with up to 4 colors per print for single-piece parts.

Returns for Quality Issues
Within 7 days of receiving the product, if you find print quality issues (such as model damage, severe deformation, significant dimensional deviation, etc.), you can apply for a free return.
Custom Product Notice
Since 3D printed products are made to order, returns are not accepted for non-quality issues (such as personal preference, design changes, etc.). Please confirm your design files and parameters before ordering.

Refund Timeline
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping Cost Policy
Return shipping costs for quality issues are borne by us; return shipping for non-quality issues is borne by the buyer.
