Scope of Services
We provide professional custom 3D printing services, including but not limited to: FDM 3D printing, model optimization advice, and mass production. All services are customized to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is calculated based on model complexity, material, size, and quantity. Quotations are valid for 7 days. Split payment options can be negotiated for bulk orders. We accept bank transfers, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other payment methods.
Delivery & Shipping
Standard delivery time is 1-5 business days, depending on order complexity and quantity. We offer both domestic and international logistics services. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and weight. Express services are available upon request.
Intellectual Property
Clients must ensure that the 3D model files they provide do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. We commit to keeping client design files confidential and will not use them for other purposes or share them with third parties without client authorization.
Disclaimer
3D printed products may have slight dimensional deviations and surface texture differences, which are within normal manufacturing tolerances. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect files or parameters provided by the client. Please refer to our return and refund policy for details.
